A common question we get from home sellers is, “Should we price slightly high to leave room for negotiation?” In a much different market, the answer would be yes. However, this isn’t the right solution for the market that we’re currently in. A comparative market analysis will help us determine the home’s value.
To drive as much traffic as possible to your home, we want to price it at or slightly below the market value. More traffic will lead to more buyers, more offers, and a higher price.
